Nicola is a business leader that has led organisational and cultural change. She has developed and implemented commercial and brand strategies that have delivered profitable growth on global brands such as Pepsi and 7-UP and led the Walkers brand to market leadership in Ireland.

Prior to joining Scquare International Nicola worked in Travel Retail for eight years as the Global Strategy and Marketing director for Aer Rianta International. As a member of the executive team she was responsible for developing the corporate strategy and leading the corporate and consumer marketing, insights, category management, digital and E- Commerce functions. Her breadth of commercial experience combines with excellent analytical and influencing skills and a proven track record in successfully coaching and motivating teams.

Nicola first trained with Scquare when she was at Pepsico in 2006 and has been an advocate/fan ever since. She has introduced the Scquare programme into subsequent organisations and is often heard to say “Have you scquared it” before reviewing plans. She delighted to be working with us on delivering the model.
