Consultant for SCQUARE International Ltd – US & LATAM Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and proud of her roots in Popayan and Caldas, Claudia is an Industrial Engineer with a degree from Los Andes University.

Claudia started her career in Quala, moving up through the ranks to hold senior marketing positions. After 3 years in Monsanto, Claudia moved abroad to get her MBA in Spain at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.

After returning to Colombia she joined Diageo, ultimately holding the role of Marketing Director for Colombia.
Claudia joined SABMiller as the VP Marketing in Panama in 2006 and subsequently held senior consultant roles in SABMiller’s Latin American (Bogotá) and Global (London) offices.

Claudia’s 20 years in marketing have given her a deep understanding of different categories and market realities in Latin America, coupled with a track-record in leadership, training and facilitation. Claudia loves to work with teams and to help them to achieve their ambitions.

Claudia loves to travel, works hard to perfect her tennis backhand and is enthusiastically learning French.
